Power steering noise

Hi, I've only been driving my hachi for 2 weeks now, and as time progresses more and more annoying sounds emerge (that weren't there first)

So far I've been able to locate and solve most of them (broken AC, vibrating headlamp, loose rubber, windows, vibrating rods, scratching exhaust etc. -_-), but I'm not yet sure about this one.

So here's the problem: when I turn the wheel more than 360 the car makes a really awfull sound, as if the dashboard is being clamped in a vise. It's 25 years old so yeah I know such a thing can be expected.

I just wanna fix it! any ideas what the problem might be?
