Battery model for the AE86?

I want to find out the best battery for the AE86? When I mean best I dont mean the best brand but the model number? like whether its n55 or n70, etc.

Thats actually a good question - I would also like to know and are there also bigger batteries we can use with our cars... like special more powerfull ones...

I need to find out the stock battery model that will fit the car..

anyone with even the slightest idea?

I am using 62Ah battery in my AE86 and i am having custom made holder because it was higher. So i think it really depends on the shape that will fit it if you want to use original holder (i mean the one's that is on top of the battery that secure it so it don't move) If i remember correctly the old Varta i was having before was 55Ah and fit the holder exactly. You must measure it and try :wink:
