islade: have you taken the car racing or something? how does this ride? at this stage i would guess this car can outpreform many expensive modern sportscars. are you involved in some racing etc.?

what is necesary 4 mega square instead of stand allone ecu management, what is about that ford ignition allso...

is there any cheaper way to set ignition and ecu??

Megasquirt is a stand alone efi solution..

Be warned though..it requiers a large geek factor..Its not that difficult to figure out, but be prepared to invest a lot of time tweeking etc..
Not plug and play..but no standalone really is..

after more than a year, it was hard to finde some parts here for red top engine, ok here is what we done...

rebuild set, gaskets, new wather pump, oil pump, higher flow gasoline pump, filtres, bearings, seals, sparck plugs and wires, electronics, ignition coil, ignition module, thermostat, more parts that can't remmeber right now... etc etc

crank shaft lighted, polished, balanced
block cleaned, painted
port, polished head

tnx 2 Zax and my Sheki who done it...

after 1500km of brake in all oils was changed in engine, diff etc...

new brake lines, brake discs and pads


new lether on stering wheel


complete new exhaut system from 2-1, front silencer, ower diff and rear silencer


and H4 Hi/Low HID 8k kelvin kit, work great
