Not really if you choose new posts it will only display posts since your last visit. So basically the same as before.

If you still have issues try to delete all cookies related to the site and make sure that they are activated in the first place.

Like the new forum !
Just a couple of things, can you tell me more about the "warning level" ?
Even though I never asked to be "remembered" when signing in the password box appears
with a series of dots but my password is not saved in it.
Thanks.

Sure! Smile
We all can report postings to moderators and the moderators can then take action and give a warning to the user. Every warning will add to the warning level of a user, so misbehaving users will be clearly visible.
This also means we can actually make it more visible if we think a person is a scammer. Wink

About your password: it is possibly your browser (or a browser plugin) that remembers your password. Otherwise the series of dots should not appear.

I guess the warning level is only visible to the user ?

The view new posts list has been working really poorly for me this week, might be something to keep an eye on. It shows less unread posts than there actually are for me.

Maybe clear your cookie? It will only show the new post since last visit. I'm not sure what conditions are necessary to count as a visit.

That's something I've always hated about the way the old list worked.. Once I'm logged on I HAVE to read all my unread posts, otherwise I cant find them easily next time I visit.. a list of unread posts would be a good addition methinks.

BTW, phpBB forums I've seen had a button that could delete the cookie for me, is something similar possible with myBB? I'm lazy when it comes to this, so I dont want to look through all my cookies to delete one.
