rear bilstein B6 shocks 2 types what to choose?

Hello can someone explain me what is difference between bilstein B6 shocks with p/n 24-001540 (rennen) and 24-003193 and what can be working with apex yellow springs? I am planning replacing the old one but no number on them anymore as stickers are unreadable. Application is road use only not tracking or rallying. Just wondering if those marked rennen will last longer perhaps. Our roads are sometimes like rallying after winter especially. Thank you for any help

I got as well information from one seller in my coutry that they are discontinued now?

My bet would be that "rennen" stands for short stroke.
Generally speaking, you want to keep as much shock travel as possible for road use, so 24-003193.
Also, make sure it mach what you have on the front of the car.

rennen stands for 'race' as it's German.
So you could assume these are stiffer compared to the others, not shorter per se

I would go with the regular ones. Lifetime of the shocks isn't related to their stiffness.

I used to have the Apex yellow in combination with Tokico HTS (long stroke) - was a decent ride but nothing compared to the coilovers I bought later.

I bought Shockworks from Australia in the end. The spring rates are more moderate (6/4.5) and the adjustable dampers are matched to the spring rates (in actual usable increments, unlike many of the big brands). Last but not least, they come including the spindle and the height is adjustable without affecting the spring tension or the need to remove the from the car.
