problem areas:
-emissions due to leaky turbo. (work in progress)
-Engine mount torn (fixed)
-Big rust hole on sill (fixed).

I havent tried getting it inspected yet, but will after the turbo is swapped
for a hopefully healthier t25g that Bean Bandit managed to find for me.

At the moment the header + turbo are out of the car. Havent started installing the new one because I need a gasket kit and the turbo needs to be clocked ever so slightly.

It drives... just some small things now to keep the inspectors happy.
Toy logo was just some attempt to kill some time in winter.

-Front wheels rub on inner chassis (front), due to the PS arms/manual rack I guess.. anyone know if that gives enough lock to rub 195/50R15 tyres?

-Ball joint rubbers need to be replaced (one is torn).

To use it practically we really need to sort out the cooling system. It cant be driven normally without the fan on.. it will overheat after 15 mins.

As to cooling, i got a stock s13 rad mounted with twin electric fans. One is working all the time, and second one is needed only when it's really hot outside (+30°c).

To cure the turbo problem, just fit braided lines on the turbo, works fine here, but I think the kink in the elbow/downpipe isn't helping aswell, maybe too much back pressure? My elbow goes on the other side of the steering column.

We should really meet up with the 2 cars together, maybe at a driftday or something, but only after I swap in my new engine tho, already killed one ca18 Tongue

Good luck on getting it through apk

Any pictures of the radiator install? I'm curious about the fit.
I have braided lines fitted to the turbo now.. dunno about the backpressure.. it pulled fine the first time I drove it with the new exhaust.
Might attempt to build myself a new downpipe some time in the future, but cant be bothered at the moment.

The News!
I just let you guys know that we at XTRcc have taken over Nohachi's project for a while, to get everything in nice shape. I'll post up photos as we progress. You can also expect some useful goodies coming form us in the mean time. I hope you will like what you see!

We got the car back to hungary last week, disassembled and inspected the chassis condition. Now arrangements and planning going on.
