Just looked at the costs and its £370 round trip by ferry. I am 20 mins from east midlands airport (and donington park race track) and a flight is about £42 each way which is much cheaper.

Take a BMI flight from East Midlands to Brussels. Only takes 1 hr and is very cheap! Used to do it on a weekly basis up untill the end of last year!
Then it is only 2 hrs up to Arnhem!

Not exactly !

I will be getting about 12-15 free tickets excluding the ones i´ll get for my "crew".

1 car can probably pe park in the paddock area with the AEU86.org banner... the rest of the cars have to be parked with the rest of the spectators.
