hmm, i'm interested in a set of RCA's, since the shorter AE86 shock with lowering spring will probably ruin my front suspension setup Smile

Can you give me a total price, including shipping to the Netherlands?

Doc, when we get there Big Grin Still working out the details and we sorta have this little thing about Bulgaria not being EU until 1-1-2007 which will also have an influence on the price Big Grin Also not sure how fast Jamie can do this because we're working on several things right now and our shop still is not planning on opening before the end of the year so...

Doc, can you please provide some data (metrics) of your current and future suspension setup ?
Estimation cost will be 55-60EU (all included) shipped to anywhere in Europe (maybe also in USA).

well, at the moment i can't.
I don't know how much the AE86 shocks differ from the KE20 shocks (AE86 ones are deffo shorter) and don't have a clue what the lowering springs do Confused

I could give it, when i'm going to install everything, but then i'd have to take everything apart again to get the RCA's mounted.

New auxiliary parts:

strut housing clamp (for use with coilover sleeves - avoid welding) and coilovers itself (without springs):
Front:

Rear:

All-steel camber plates:

Similar to TEIN (I was impressed by TEINs).

Prototype of adjustable cam gears (based on original gears):

Practical but still not looking good (fancy).

It seems that I can offer assembled & tested MegaSquirt units (v2.2) at the price of 160EU. Soon +extras (integrated additional board), also flyback boards and stimulator boards on demand.
EDIS wheels - 6mm thick laser cutted, zinc-plated - 20EU.

Jamie, it would help if you posted some prices on the camber plates etc.
Nice pricing on the megasquirts, but I was wondering why you're not building V3 boards (I'd prefer a V3, seems to be easier to add functionality to it without having to rewire the whole thing).

There are already 3 camber plates sets but they are still not tested on cars (that's why I'm still delaying prices, there are also cheaper and more expensive version). I'm trying to make them applicable for use with stock strut hats - needs some additional measuring of the "collar" thingie  At the moment I can just say that more expensive version will not exceed 100EU/pair with better finish and SKF uniball-components.
About MS - there is running development (a little improvement) over original design + added functionality. Maybe V3 will be available soon - at the moment I can offer just v2.2 with different options for MAP sensor.

jamiemirror Wrote:How thick, NoHachi ?
Practically when using adapters with studs - thickness must be 25mm or more. These Supra ones were too thick - 50mm (for rims offset correction) and price for example will be a little high (~$250 for set of 4 aluminium alloy adapters including studs and screws 8.8 DIN steel). I think 25mm ones will cost ~180 for full set of 4 including studs and screws.

Been a long time..just a quick question..these prices are in Euro's or dollars. Still same kind of pricing or any changes?
4x114.3->4x100 25mm
