Introducing alimonos
just tie the core support (the 'frame' part that got bent) with a rope around a tree and put the car in reverse... it works... truuuuust me

can anybody tell me if i can change the hole front part with one from a donor car different model than mine (ex. us hatchback trueno)?

Yes you could use usdm front of any ae86, but why? It's a lot more work to weld a complete new front on, and it's never going to be as good as original again. You're best off pulling the frame back into shape, or even welding in a new steel profile to replace the chassis beam that was bent the most.
