For my birthday my girlfriend was kind enough to buy me a new CD player for the hachi, however i'm having a few problems. The new CD player doesnt actually fit with a specified connector that the guys in the shop said would work, so I will have to result to terminal blocks, much like the previous owner has done with an old Pioneer. What I really need to know is, what colour is each wire for? I've tried checking the wiring diagrams in the oweners manual but its very confusing. Anyone able to help? Dumb question

Sorted it out finally. First of all things were very strange, it only wanted to turn on when I switched on the headlights Big Grin then I noticed there was a blown fuse in the footwell

Ah, I still have to write that how to: I've done the same shortly before my holiday. I made an ISO-converter by using a newer-Mitsubishi harness: they are exactly the same but with a different pin-layout. Smile
And don't forget you need both the 12V+ ignition wire and 12V+ battery wire connected. Took me a while to find that error. Blush

Yeah thats what I had a problem with. I kept swapping over the wires thinking that they were the wrong way round. But it turns out the ignition wire didnt supply any power, for some reason the headlights did Big Grin then I connected them both directly to the battery and success
