Suspension help
I'm eventually going to convert to a full coilover kit, however that is expensive and my front offside shock is dangerously low to the wheel.
So my question is. What shocks and or springs would be suitable for road and track use? Also if anyone has a spare or secondhand set i would probably be interested. All help would be greatly appreciated. |

Suspension help
There is a Bilstein kit available at Fensport. I heard that Konis used to get damaged on bumpy roads. Dunno what kind of roads there are in the UK, but I'd go for the Bilsteins.
Ahhh, VTEC. All the lag, none of the turbo. It's like waiting for bad sex. |

Suspension help
Blisteins are a very good shock, Konis well up for the job though esspecially the front, I wouldnt worry about konis & bumpy roads as almost every oldskool 86 in Irelands been running em for the past 18 odd years, this includes rally cars, id go blisteins aswell though, well no I wouldnt id get some jap shocks like trd blues or something. Fensport do the kits but be prepared to pay through the nose.

Keiichi says he like Tokico HTS the best for AE86
then you use TRD springs on all 4 corners or you can do a home made coil over kit for the front This is supprising to me since he owns a company that sells coil overs for the AE86 Max [email protected] |
