TOYOTA COROLLA Ke70 - Restoration project

I don't know if this is the right section to start this topic, but here goes.
As promissed, here goes some actual pics of my KE70, and all restoration project!
It´s a 83' KE70, with a lot of rust.... It all began in 2010, when i sold my previous Ke70 liftback and I regretted having sold the car, because it was my dad's car, and he had it for 19 years, but the car needed some work to be roadworthy.
Then, in 2011, i began the search for a "new" ke70, and this time it had to be a sedan, because i wanted to create something looking like the Japs MotorFix KE70. So, in September in the same year, i found this one, it was very rusty, but it had to be this one, because it was the only one that i found for sale.

As you can see in the pics, i took the fogs out, and replaced the front signal lenses

The front passenger door is now 90% restored, it still needed to close the door skin. The other door (rear passenger), is going to give more work to the man, because it is in shit condition

Now all the doors are fully restored, and waiting for the rest of the car to be completed.
I've also acquired a 4AGE with twin Dellortos + T50 gearbox, i am now rebuilding the engine.

So here goes the update:

And now some parts i've bought to the car

Vitaloni California mirrors (the same used by motorfix) and some pedal caps, TRD horn Button, Stainless steel brake lines, Ferodo 5.1 braking oil, door seals, steering wheel hub, tail lights, early models bumpers, and a new door to the rear, because the other one would give a lot of work...













And NOW the engine, and the rebuild of it which will be featured later on
