TRD spoiler fitment
I have a copy of a TRD wing. Here is how it sits on the car:
The problem is that it doesn't really seem to fit. Then again I found this picture on these forums: So it seems normal for replicas perhaps. How can this fit without rupturing the future paint job? I've seen somewhere that some people cut out the piece encircled in white so it fits better, but mine still won't extend to the bottom of the trunk like it should. Often when I see this spoiler on an ae86 it looks like this : Do I have a bad replica or is this all part of it and have I bitten off more than I can chew? Sorry if this has been discussed before. EDIT: I know they sell full hatches as well (im not sure if the pictures above are of that type or not). But I've seen people make this type of spoiler blend in perfectly. |
