For economy and comfort (and especially on 14x6-6,5 rims) I would stick to 185/60.
If you go for 15x7, 195/50R15 is where the smart money is at. It's almost always the cheapest tiresize available, so you can spend more on better quality tires. For street use I'm partial to Bridgestone and Dunlop.
