Compared to the R888, the new R1R from toyo should be great. Even cheaper, a little bit better in the rain and less noisy. Haven't tried out a set yet, but will in the near future.

Not all R888s are streetlegal by the way. The old batch didn't have a European seal thingy, might have changed by now though..dunno. Best check in advance.
