Rebuilding it from scratch. Mostly re-using the parts but some things are new.

It came in a crate from Japan, and drove it home (on my english Skyline plates haha):

First change the engine to better Red Top, and then decided to do everything:

Removing battery plate, since the battery is going to the back.

Removing windows and replacing with light plastic (no, not the front window).

Why? Because of weight, and also replacing back hatch and bonnet/hood to carbon fibre!
