You could add some advance while reaching some optimal cooling set point and/ or open the idle valve more. Keep an eye in AFR values because more advance or air will burn more lean.

But the ignition map is not tuned for the 4AGE.

It has the basic setup to start the engine, but not a ignition map tuned in dyno.

every engine is different so there is no perfect map that anyone can send you. It should be good enough to get you started though. Also I think it was made on a dyno as they took it from their own MR2 build, before they went turbo.

I have mine set up running with no problems.... But wanted to make sure the ignition timings are correct or am i using values that are restricting my engine...

Unfortunately only a dyno will tell you that, there's no shortcut around it.
Save up, find a good deal and have it checked.
