Ivan, simple just don't eat....

Seriously, weekly visits to the doctor, medication to help matabolism, strict diet, lots of sports.

Yeah keeping it off is a whole lot more difficult, but I've already gotten used to a different way of living. Doing alot more sports, eating alot healthier, if I keep it up, I should be fine....

When I used to eat a lot of junk food in Australia, ale ate a lot overall, I weighed 99kgs (height 183cm). Then in Poland, switching to more healthy food, and limiting my appetite, I came down to 85. Then had a low of 78kg's.. which was way to skinny... now I'm back to a health 90 ;-)

LOL I had it too, when I went to him to get the tokicos. The first second you think: "HUH, is that Mux?... Ooooh yes it is! only in mux better shape!!"
