Welcome mate!

I had paid about 8 months long very expensive insurance, it was about 60 euro a month. So few months ago friend of mine who also from this forum told me he paid his trueno for about 120 euro a year or maybe less than that, I forgot. So he told me if my car from year 85 I can get cheaper insurance, we call "youngtimer" classic car insurance. So I just move my ass and my car to youngtimer insurance last week and I take some extra coverage, so total I pay about 200 euro a year. It is completly cheaper than what I had few months ago. So I think I am quite happy with it

On topic:
Problem with most classic car insurances is that you need a first car and the classic car is your second (hobby) car and you are not allowed to drive daily with it. About 95% of all insurances demand this.

However, on my persuit I found this one:

And they support casco as well.
For anything equal to my current insurance it would cost 238 euros instead of 456 euros.

If I am not wrong, this one also need first car insuranced and than your classic car can be insurance. You must check http://www.oriondirect.nl no first car at all I must give a big thanks to the person who advise to me

im already insuranced at Oriondirect but i still have to wait 3 more months.
He also told me like a year ago, but mine is 1986.

Gesplitst... Goed, nu kunnen we tenminste in NL doorgaan
Inderdaad geen eerste auto, dagelijks gebruik is toegestaan en ze hebben ook Casco... Alleen zie ik bij oriondirect alleen maar maximaal 7500km per jaar en dat is voor mij aan de krappe kant dus ook voor mij niet interessant. Maar als je minder dan dat rijdt of zoals CircuitFreak als tweede auto kan hebben is het zeker wel interessant.

Ja je hebt gelijk Art. Volgens mij net als ik ook Ik rij mijn auto sinds vorig jaar december tot nu toe is ongeveer 2000km dan dat betekent dit is wel voor mij ook
