Ditn, if you notice in the vid, the entire inner front wing came loose from the chassis leg, not just the top section.
I'd say plate over top section to avoid warping there, then tie that in to the rollcage firmly.

My old AE86 rally car did exactly as you say Ivan and it was caused by a front damper seizing solid.
After watching the video a few times I would say that the front suspension bottomed out and broke the inner wing away from the chassis rail.
The repair involves taking the engine out and plating the area.
I use TRD rubber top mounts now as a precaution.
