Visit to Japan
Not sure if you guys are interested, but I have just returned from Japan, and have put up some pictures
CLICK HERE There are some very very cheesey pics but I took a lot of car pics too. I went to mega web and was poking around their historic garage, and saw a beautiful levin. while i was there this japanese guy in a business suit asked me "so, you like this car?", (stupid question!!) so I launch into how great it is, how much i love it etc etc, turns out he is the general manager of product development for Toyota Japan! lol after a bit of bowing and some talk about the car, ( i name dropped aeu86, dont worry) 3 of his assistant managers appear, take some photos and he gives me his business card and asks me to email him! cool trip indeed, sorry i diddnt get to meet up with any of our japanese members but 2 weeks just zipped by, im going back one day! we stayed HERE its in Chidori, southern part of tokyo and its absolutley lovley. Chidori is a close knit place, very much 'old' japan the people there are astonishing, they are kind, helpful and hardly anyone speaks english.
Im going back there without doubt still no 86 ________________________ |
