WHich engine would be best?

Im looking to put a new plant in the coupe in the summer.i Would like peoples views on pro's and con's on different conversions.im looking too get up to about 170bhp.Was looking at supercharger or black top 20v.

wat does people think on realibility etc?

both are Toyota engines, so they're good

Just do the normal things, maintainance and warm up the engine very good before you hit it

SC is the best option for a DD. You need to rev the 20V to get the power so basicly if you want to do it right you need a TRD gearbox to match the engine.

was looking at http://www.jbmotorsport.co.uk for the 4a-gze.them seem to be doin a lot better deal than fensport.
If i decide down this route is there much hassle in the conversion from there on.I presume that ill have to get a front mounted intercooler also due to lack of room.
was thinking of updating the crak pully also.few extra horses

You can use the stock IC. You just have to use a hoodscoop. Basicly a stock AE92 scoop will do.

1300pounds for a 20v... geez this is expensive! for a fraction of that money you can easily obtain 160 hp NA by tuning the standard 4a-ge.. also you can make a complete rejuvenation, so u know egg-zactly what you've got.
