What bar is it?
Hello everyone.
Recently I bought some used chassis bars for my AE86 (front and rear strut bars and a tension rod bar) through e-bay and the seller send me also this bar, which I don't know what for it is. He said that it's for the rear underneath, so I think that he meant the rear axle -> panhard bar, but it doesn't seem like one, because it has two same ends. Does anyone know what this bar is? Think this is meanth to go between the C-pillars on the hatch. They usually mount to the bolts holding the seatbelt.
Something like this https://technotoytuning.com/toyota/ae86/...86-corolla Assuming you don't have any spare mounting plates to go with it. Sent from my MHA-L29 using Tapatalk AE86 ex-daily |

If one rod end is bigger than the other, then it is probably one of these...

They could be the same size. It's been a while since I was under
the car And there is nothing else that bar could be used for that I can think of. Cheers... jondee86 The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man. |

Can you post a close up picture of the two ends? (maybe at a slight angle)

The bar is 104cm from center to center as it is now. I have to measure my panhard rod, but I have to lift the car firstly. Do you know maybe what's the lenght of a stock AE86 panhard rod?
