Yeah, write ask UK people in here, if they know anything about these cars...
My opinion is: Drive the hachi as it is for start. How do you know you want coilovers? Are you sure standar hachi suspension has problems, or is it just what you read? Drive the Hachi as it is, and judge for yourself.
