16V Valves....
I just disassemble my ported smallport head. I bought it long time ago really cheap, now I know why
The inlet valves are pretty much as new, nice and shiny. But the exhaust valves are worn out and the edges are sharp, because they are grinded down. If I fit 7MGTE valves, will these require bigger seats? Project AE86 now begun. Cars I have owned: Toyota Starlet EP91 1,3 16v Turbo, 200hp Toyota Starlet EP71 1,3 12v Sport Mercedes 207D camper, 1977. Toyota Starlet EP70 with a 174hp Silvertop 20v See video here: http://videos.streetfire.net/search/Star...079edc.htm Toyota Corolla AE101 with a 164hp Silvertop 20v. (Evolution bodykit and candycolor paint). Volvo 240 2,1 (The only car I have maked money on). Toyota Corolla EE90 (my first car) |

Any larger - especially on the exhaust side could prove to be an issue... if the exhaust seat gets too thin, the seat could possible fall out As far as getting those sizes... Google search custom motorcycle valves hope this helps...... Dan - You can | .... OR you can ask for help!!! OST Porting service - http://hachiroku.net/forums/showthread.php?t=19991 |

whit turbo engine the exhaust is weak point. Need look up some shops if just swap the "atlantic" size valves and seats. intake side will flow whit Boost, the ex is not that good
there is lot option in "atlantic" size on valves but the seat install is not cheap here near me. |
