ZDoman's projects - Hungary
ZDoman,
Be carefull mate, that's how we destroyed one of Robokills engines. That sandblasting grit gets into the tiniest holes of your engine and it wont come out until you start driving around. Sandblasting grid floating around in your oil = dead engine and loads of unusable parts. You better spends HOURS cleaning those parts and make sure that grid is NOWHERE to be found. Make sure to find all those irritating little oil groves and such or you'll be in a world of hurt once your engine is back together. Never sandblast engine parts, we learned the hard way Dont make that mistake... Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |

Mux213 Wrote:ZDoman, Thank you for your advice, its too late. as you see it happened in march, by this time my engine has died I spent hours to make it clean... first I blew it with compressed air. Then I blow it with engine washer fluid, also compressed to 5-6 bar of pressure. after this with high pressure water and finally air again. The engine died after 800 race kilometers. It was enaugh for one season... |

I knew that I won't have time to prepare the car for painting so I coslettized it (dye with some rust proof stuff) And I took the car into the empty sock factory of my friend (thank you Kapus ) |

That's a goodlooking engine you built. Hope it runs nicely too, but then most 4age's do.
