ae86 racecar with beams engine

My other TOYOTA .The 4x4 is my first car ever i get it at 1994 is a 1980 4wd pickup. the 1000 pick up i just get one week ago and the project is to put all the parts from the ae86 on to it like front suspension engine transmision and rear axle so the litle one will be with disc brake now all around with 1600cc
engine 5 speed gearbox lsd front and rear stabilaisers and 8x13 wheels compomotive with avon semi slicks .
when i start i will post fotos .
the other corolla is evry day car and for my girlfriend i get her a toyota aygo.
i change many cars thru time i dont know how i end up with 5 toyotas .
they must be great cars ??????

all wiring is done, carbs in place , exhaust in place , the motor is running and the car start rolling .
just fixing the brake lines and clutch line .

Here is the crank trigger from electromotive ignition more than 50000 volts power ,and the dificult was the exhaust to make room for the steering .

the sway bar is like stock dimensions .

Its close but i think it works.. how close was the firewall and the steering rack on you?

i do have similar job, just about go cut stock engine mounts..

i use the trd mounts for the altezza i cut the subframe of the 86 and bolt right on the subframe the altezza ones .
try to put the engine as low as possible and as rear possible .
steering rack i cut liltle bit the alloy at the transmission case i will try to make some fotos for you .

i have read that is200 engine mounts are similar but harder.. those not cost lot.

idid drop front axle about 8mm (weld spasers between body/axle)so little more room there aswell.. in weekend i hope i get to put engine on.
