You can avoid this 50% if just import the car - I hope :-)

nope I can't avoid it..... I seriously have to pay 2200€ just to get the car in to the country, and then I have to pay 25% tax of the total price of the car!
so if I buy a car that costs only 2000€ in NL I still end upp paying 4700€ to get it on the road here in Norway, and then I ahvent included the incurance and MOT required!!!! calculations done with a stock hachi in mind :wink: |

Still: a 1977 skyline is very tempting.  And even better: you can testdrive it with Gran Tourismo 4.

I just can't believe the insanely high prices on norwiegiean cars!
