Never seen a kit specifically for this, chances are you'll have to make this yourself. This shouldnt be too hard, since there is plenty of stuff available for universal intercooler piping..

have a look on ebay - there are very cheap piping kits, even described as "for AE86".

but as ivan mentioned you'd probably have to modify those, but it's a good start and they're only like 80 $..

Check the homepages of HKS, Trust and maybe Apexi.
If they have something listed I can get it for you.

HKS Japan for example is still producing a complete turbo kit for the Ae so you might have luck with them.

You can also get just an intercooler in any size.

Cheapest might be though to get an intercooler from the junkyard and do some piping.
