i want to change my wheels on my car.

no.. you need to look for offset 20 or lower i think?

stock is around 20 as far as i know...

as above min et 20 or less for anything wider than 6".
If you like the design look for Rota Grid V (look the same but wider and suiting offset) they are 15x8 ET0 around 6kg per piece and available through driftworks.

For reference standard offset is ET21 on a 6J rim (so it says on my OEM wheels).

he could if he used a spacer to "correct" the offset. Plus 38 would need a 13mm, or 1/2" spacer to get it close
