Seat rails for Bride Zeta III

Which seat rails whould you guys prefer, to a Bride Zeta III seat?
I'm lost in all those FO, FX, MO etc. types.

i have the Type-FO i like it cuz, its one piece brackets & adjustable height, it seats lower than my friends nagisa rails.

Where did you buy type FO rails, I can't find them for AE86.

I have FG rail with a sparco rev on my levin and one of my friend have 2 Zeta III on his trueno. that the best for me

You don't have a picture of either you or your friends seats?
I think I go with FG too, it sounds like a good solution

im 5'10" i like to seat low its ok for me, if you want to seat lower get Bride low max seat w/ a type-LF low max seat rails that seats lower
