I remember in Holland they are only allowed on cars of a certain age. i've ordered the clear ones, of course... i live in germany and our "TÜV" (technical inspection acency) is very strict! i don't think that they would allow it and since i'm not rockefella i'm not gonna try to find it out eventhough i think yellow headlights would look nice on my red 86... edit: yellow fog-lights rock of course!!
