gearbox trouble

Hi,
my T50 does only shift from 5th to 4th with double clutch, that´s what a broken syncro gear whould cause, doesn´t it?

Does it require urgent repair?
What else goes bang if I keep driving/ drifting like this?

So that´s not a common problem?
I forgot to say, everything else works normal, no noises, etc...
