I met up with Kristian at the tyredealer where they where putting on robokill's 14" wheels. Had a chat there, before leaving K did a nice burnout in front of the store so they could snap some pics.
We then proceded towards Gelredome stadium, where we had the opportunity to walk around over the course a bit. Kinda cool to stand in the middle of that stadium, tiretracks all over the floor. The drivers associated more closely to the organisation did get to practice (a LOT judging from the amount of rubber there).
The concrete floor is very very slippery for a car, so it should make for some interesting action. While we were talking with some people from the organisation 2 guys where drifting the course in BMW's. (Olaf Commijs or Paul Vlasblom was one of them). VERY impressive to watch.

This is a serious track BTW...concrete walls on all sides, so mistakes could be very painfull.

A little organisational talk now:
Kristian asked me to inform the guys coming with their AE86 that we should all gather at a specific point of the stadium.
The idea is to park the cars in a row, by the M stands (vak M). There's a big M sign right above it, when you drive onto the terrain you need to take a left and drive round the corner of the stadium, the entrance for the stadium is also on that corner.

I'm going to be there around 11 o'clock if all goes well, Kristian will be there as well. We have 12 free tickets left for aeu86.org folks (I have one already), were going to sort this out using the join-up list. BTW, we get journalist entrance tickets so you guys are allowed to bring camera's etc.

Ivan, one thing we need to keep in mind that Jesse wont be there till after 5 when the show has started... need to see how he can get his ticket when we are all indoors...

Ivan, so 12 without you are left. I take it Kristian doesn't need a ticket aswell. I just notice Lennert hadn't put himself on the list and your brother told me he may come aswell, so its gonne be tight, I think we have one ticket left!
