well actually my power curve is better
 I know this car btw. The owner now has a mr2 sw20 for track usage. But its true. The blacktop is useless with stock ecu and stock setup!In my opinion that is. to make it worse. I think its even the same rollers

i had 148.4 bhp @ the wheels and 168 @ crank :wink:
now i have 380 and 500nm  ,but i still miss the sound of the 20valver

Jezza,
point is that as long as you are not on the same rollers there is no real outcome to make. Becuase some rollers differ a bit Its always been a problem. I don't even know for sure if the power output on mine is as its sayd. Only measurement I have is that it did beat the damn 20v 's

I've had my 20V silvertop on two different sets of rollers and both have been fairly close in comparison (140BHP and 138.3BHP) so to me Jaspers figures seem a little higher than normal, I was just wondering if there was anything he might have done to gain a higher figure other than a different RR?

Over here in Europe its customary to talk about FWHP. That gives us bigger numbers to talk about during birthday parties
 @jezza: Holland is home to the most powerfull unmodified 4A-GE's in the world (same engine as rest of world). Either its the fact we're 10m below sea level or we have dyno's that are calibrated to be slightly optimistic No worries though, since the end performance people get out of them (in terms of the engines actually moving the car) is the same as everyone else gets. I've seen unmodified 25 year old 4A-GE's dyno 5-10hp over their factory original output. This truly is a magical place
