Look man, i have to be honest with you. you're an excelent internet-friend, great conversationalist and possibly a terrific lover; but you just dont have style. But don't loose hope, style doctor is here to help you.
First lets locate the problem. Hm, the car souinds about right from all speakers: JDM car, rwd, torsen diff., bucket seats, Personal, Nardi, Panasport.. so where is the style no no? Well the car is roaming in the no-mans-land. The British racing green, the tactile golden rims and fancy roll-arcs try to push the car into the "POSH RACING ARISTOCRAT" direction, whilst suede Personal wheel, torsen diff, bucket seats and all the red stiching try to push it onto the path of "DAIHARUDU JDM WORIARU". So the first deed toward salvation is: decide what you are. Are you a racing gentleman, or ar you a crazy motherfucker who is not afraid to live to the fullest! In the former case, you will need to strip the interior of your loud red stiched suede, and replace it with tan leather or at least give it more class (nardi was a good start). Remember subtlety is the key here. Than more or less what you'll need is a boot-rail, a vintage leather duffle-bag and a thin moustache and you'll be ready to dash through those winding roads in no time! But since you'll look like you stole the damn thing with your dark skin complexity and greassy pitchblack curly hair, you might as well go all the way and engage the battle mode. Get rid of anything that doesnt make your car faster (okay leave the co-drivers seat - real racers need love to - and while at it, also leave the standard seatbelt for your co driver - real racers need love while racing), than slam the car untill you hear the oil pan grinding on the asphalt, put on some dish and weld in a cage. All thats left is the paintjob - this is easily achievable through dropping a brick on your gass peddal, taping your arm to a steering wheel and challenging a red civic on your local touge. No need to go for slips because all he'll really want is that personal wheel, which belongs to a civic and not a rwd sportscar like a miata anyway. Tech desk is awaiting your imminent questions. Best regards, Style Doctor |

I agree with you about the "confusing" look, but I like it! It's quite different, and has a unique personal style.... JapanPower UoP Racing website UoP Racing videos Racing, because football, basketball, tennis & golf only require ONE ball.... |

Just laughed my arse off behind my laptop Apolan, thanks for that.
Must agree that something looks off, I think it's the red accents. It would look a lot better if you painted the centre console black I think, the silver makes it look cheap, and doesnt fit with the red/black theme. FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |

Fook off Apo. I can see what you re talking about though. Spoted it myself also. Think is I kinda like the jekyll and hyde style. I might angry there something wrong with the interior though. I d never choose red at the first place, some parts came my way and my jdm loving mislead me... Give me some time to work it out. By the way, I hae no dark skin, but I am indeed a great lover. danielvanderwoude Wrote:looks like the nmwisima joke saved you in the endhttp://www.jdmbits.com |

Well, if you were a great lover you wouldn't spend your money to all of that crap and after a while you will try to sell them again... Save your money for trips to our beautiful islands with your girlfriend (That's what a great lover does). At least it's more logical! However, I totally understand you...You are in front of a screen most of your day. Stuff is begging you: "BUY ME", "BUY ME"
Your behavior and personality makes you unique (I hope not retard) ! We knew it from the moment you sold your 86 for the miata |

Haha, I ve traveled behind a wheel, the last five years, distances equal to all of you greek members together...
So computer screen on its time, driving on its time and traveling on its time. Buying stuff and then sell them makes possible buying other stuff so I can go for vacation with my gf AND spend cash on my car. danielvanderwoude Wrote:looks like the nmwisima joke saved you in the endhttp://www.jdmbits.com |

looool
wisi, you wanted attention, now you got more than you can handle ** lets all post cool miata pics in this thread to serve as inspiration for our dear Ahi This one is quite sweet, kinda looks like yours.. you can jsut admire the timeless design: I dig this style: But here's the problem with American JDM style.. its not JDM. I've said it years ago when "JDM" came into town, taht JDM is the new RICE. Its true. See what theese people do, is buy expensive JDM parts (or fakes), buy even more expensive cameras and than take artsy photos.. first up are various compositions of their expensive jdm parts, like the "Silence of the titanium lugnuts" and simmilar, and from there they work their way up to "My car and the silent wall".. So more than a car club they are a photographers club.. See the japs though, the japs just do it right.. and here is how: Stripped interior, scrape marks, massive angle, knocking over cones, Advan Neovas, standard body, ziptied lip, window banner, bolt-in roll cage, naturally aspirated, no passenger seat, mismatched wheels, flat green, panel gaps, convertible drifting, steel pipe fender roll, huge camber, huge commitment, full throttle, pack it up, drive it home, Yuuta Onodera, Mazda Roadster. And this is how you look awesome. from: http://noriyaro.com/?p=804 |
