Hi the exhaust is made from 2 1/2 inch stainless with a muffler that is used on the TRS single seater cars here(Toyota Racing Series) .I will have another muffler made with an off set in and out and hope that is a bit quieter.
There is a pic of it a few pages back
cheers

Ah nice, are the TRS mufflers available for sale locally or is it a controlled thing? I was only going to run a couple of resonators on mine, but my have to run a muffler, I guess we will see what the cert man has to say!

Hello, what is your resonator? Its brand specifically?

Hi there , my muffler has been custom made by a New Zealand company, they also make the mufflers for the Toyota Racing Series here in NZ
http://www.toyotaracing.co.nz/

The company is called Dytech their website is http://www.dminternational.co.nz/mufacc.phtml

Hope this is of some help

Cheers

Nice rims but extremely over priced. You can get custom new rims made for as much.

Thanks for the spotting !
Yes had seen these for sale , they are the same price as the rims I had made, but include tyres, similar offsets to what I had made, I was unsure that they would clear my brakes so went for another set of what I had. Still would like a pair of TRD Tosco 13 x 9" some day to match the 4 13 x 8 that I have
cheers

Hi there
The issue was a small amount of end float in the input bearing in the gearbox , as the load started to come on the gears and as they are helical cut this would push the input shaft forward along with the clutch plate onto the floater plate , then push the second plate against the fly wheel, we are talking only 1mm in movement but that was all it takes.
That is why the clutch would start to take up then just bite and stall, with a standard clutch set up this end float would not be an issue .

Hope this makes sense .
