Hi the exhaust is made from 2 1/2 inch stainless with a muffler that is used on the TRS single seater cars here(Toyota Racing Series) .I will have another muffler made with an off set in and out and hope that is a bit quieter. Not much of an update but here is the new exhaust system , hopefully this muffler will be a bit quieter than the last , off to the track this weekend so will be interesting to see how it all goes .

I had some custom made dytech mufflers before, good quality, bad service though.
