The engine is now at the builders to have another strip down and crack test , will get new rings,valve springs and bearings while apart , after all it has done 20 hours ! with about 15 hours of that racing  I have been doing a bit of testing of both rally cars, so will post some interesting findings soon. Are you ever tempted to do a different engine? I have 175WHP in my 20v (NA), and are tempted to go bigger.

The whole idea of building this car was to keep it period correct , to up size or change manufacturers of its engine would make it just another ae86 .
