If i knew what roaming was maybe i could tell you.
I used Vodafone & HI prepaid (KPN Mobile) an i liked both of them. Roaming allows you to use your mobile in a different country - paying higher fees ofcourse...

You can get sim cards at some supermarkets as well.. As far as I know roaming worked fine with my KPN mobile prepaid card on vacations, other providers probably offer the same services.

I used both vodafone And KPN in other country´s and they both did a good job.
As far as i know you can get simcards at mobilestores, some toy shops, some music shops, some supermarkets and maybe even at the gasstation. If your lucky you even get a mobile phone with a card in your cornflakes.  Its a mobile maddness.
