problem with dashboard - please help!
Today it was raining in ZG, so I went to a local parkinglot for a bit of practice. But in the middle of my fun the dashboard instruments (revmeter, water temp and oil pressure) stoped working. Speedo ang gas meter are still OK.
Also my car stalled a couple of times, but is working fine now. I checked connectors in engine bay, everything looks OK. Where should I look? Behind the dashboard? |

If the gauges cop out, it's either a loose power connection somewhere, or the connector to the back of the dash has come loose.

yep, plenty of theese old conector have lost their vitality, and when driven roughly, they might come of (my heater conector has).. so first check the fuses, if thats okay, your problem should be behind the dash. use voltmeter to check it out.

same problem is back. i changed 3 fuses in 2 days, they last about half an hour. I'll try to buy some better quality fuses but i doubt that will solve the problem.
Has any1 had the same problem? |

Looks like something is frying your fuses. Some wires could be shorting somewhere..
