where to buy 20v toyota OEM rebuild parts? pls help

I am about to rebuild my recently installed 20v silvertop engine.
My question is, where do you buy the needed OEM toyota parts from, for instance - the 20v gasket set (toyota part number: 04111-16210) and the piston rings (13011-16230)?

It might sound a stupid question, but i asked a friend of mine who works at a toyota service shop in usa to look up those part numbers and he told me that nothing came out, since the 20v was never officially imported in the states.

I am also interested in an aftermarket multi-layer steel headgasket, so any advice on a brand and part number (if available), would be greatly appreciated!
