hi
i just buy a 20v blacktop engine whit a cut wiring and no ecu but that is not a problem i wanna buy a MegaSquirt ems system and i wanna know of here someone can help me whit what i need no buy to let the engine run i already know that i have to find a edis4 system from a ford let me know kindest regards Chell |

Dropping an engine into a car and running it on megaquirt before running it on stock equipment can be one of the most frustrating experiences ever.
As to what you need...well I would start collecting and reading wiringmanuals from both engines/cars. With the newer pulse counters I believe that you don't really need an edis system anymore, just use the stock crankangle sensor. A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |
