whitepoint Wrote:How is it without fan? is temparature higher or such radiators are so big/good that they give the heat as well as standard with fan?

It has an electric fan on the radiator. Not visible in these pics though.

Well, finally it was time to continue the work on my hachi. Lot's of stuff I want to do, but time will tell what I actually will get done by the end of the winter hehe.

Anyway, disassembly has started again:

Front suspension ala 2008, almost stock and not very exiting : Tongue

Well, then the rear suspension has come off, as well as most of the rest of the car and has been converted to a temporary mess Tongue

Trailed off a bit today and started on some more exiting stuff though Hurray!

First, one of the doors was taken off and put on my fancy bathroom scales for a quick weight check. First as complete unit with everything mounted:

Then the door was stripped down to the bare door and weighted again for reference:

Then the new door was put to the test: Cool

And finally, a quick check on the car to see how it fits:

I must say that these might even be better then I hoped for. If my precious scales is somhow correct this means that even if I mount everything on the new door as it was before, including glass window and everything it will still shave around 20-22kg from the car! Thumbs up! Huh
