It's just some simple leds you can easily find on ebay.
You just have to take off the OEM bulbs and simply replace them with the leds.

These ones are supposedly "bright white".

how hard/easy is it to replace the OEM bulbs in that case? (and does the dimmer still work?)

I think I've seen those LED replacement bulbs on ebay too. Makes the cluster look pretty good anyways Big Grin

You can do the job in about 15minutes. It's easy and simple.

The dimmer won't work after the replacement, because you're using leds. If you rotate the dimmer it will only change from lit to completely off.

A little update:

A "diy" shortshift Cool

The aluminum plate was fabricated (similar to the one provided by T3) with a 20mm thickness

A good and inexpensive upgrade. It doesn't make a big difference in performance but the gear changes are quicker and smother.
The next step is to get a taller gear shifter to have it closer to the steering wheel.

And more recently, I finally got some time in Portugal to mount the trailing arms and panhard rod. Smile

OEM vs upgraded Cool

A kind of a hassle to take some of them out of the mountings!

Panhard and traction bracket installed

A bit of "tender" hammering was required in order to put those new rod ends into place

And the four link finally installed and ready for its first play:

After a quick spin, I should say that there is a big difference in handling and in the overall driving feel. The car feels so much more direct and the reactions of the rear axle are immediately converted in steering feedback.

A really good investment. Thumbs up!

I didn't have the time to adjust the lenghts of the trailing arms or at least the panhard in order to recenter the rear axle but at least the non-existence of bushing compliance in the rod ends really makes a big difference.
