Where did you get such a big a.. oil cooler? from an Iveco truck or something?

I painted the valve covers. It's not great but it'll have to do

I got bored so I decided to take my gearbox apart. The front bearing made a ratteling noise when in neutral.

I've never heard of COP's, but from what I see on the picture I guess it's "Coil on plug" ? What effect does it have?

No separate coil(s) and no distributor necessary...direct drive to the plug unit's from the ecu.
