4AGE + whatever gearbox? Help needed.

Well - as im slowly gathering parts for my rolla while she is in transit - i started to think about new gearbox - cuz T50 will not hold my planed 250hp for sure.. Today i got Altezza 6 speed gearbox from a friend (for FREE ) just need to put it all back together (its reasembled - and got 2/3gears - totaly new - all synchros - new - and 2 shafts - new )

So - im kinda mentaly preparing my self for the gearbox swap - and would like to know what problems will i get im kinda fimiliar with the Toyota Engines - and i clearly know that S series trany will not block to A series engine without extensive modifications... I was thinkning about fabricating spare plate - and matching all the holse and etc, or maybe i could use T50 bellhousing and cross it over with the altezza gearbox bell housing?

All the ideas / topics / info about similar tranny swaps welcome Thank guys.

Both ways are acceptible for me... If pineapple version EVER makes into production - i would be all over it...

If not - i will try the Spacer way first - and see how it goes... I have a spare T50 housing, so i can make 2 mistakes Cuz second T50 housing is on my tranny...

Just talked with one local machine shop, and second choise seems to be more or less realistic to make localy And they want around 300 euros for the job (cutting, centering, welding and etc ) so i will go this way i guess

Done. Finally got the housings back from the metal shop Its costed me 400 euro to get this done - but its well worth it especialy then i got the gearbox for free

Im using SXE10 gearbox from altezza its J160 right?

Doggy take a look at what I've been thru and by your experience let me know what could be best for it, this particular project is on hold because I cant decide the best way to couple engine and gearbox

I was kinda excited I could go ahead with a 3S-GE project on my extra 86 shell but when I started things came to a halt...

Pics show the plate of the Celica 3S-GE and Lexus bellhousing underneath it, red holes are the ones that fit AND most importantly keep the shaft aligned with thhe clutch. Yellow holes are for the starter, the Celica one fits OK, minor problem is the plate is offset, but doable. Green holes are way to far to fit in the block
So, before I start spending money and time on fabricating if anyone can help me out with some pointers I would be very thankfull.
Also:
Celica clutch dont match Lexus shaft!
-Will a Lexus IS200 clutch fit the 3S flywheel?
-Will a JDM Altezza gearbox fit THIS engine?
