Not my pictures (these are ach's) but since Art bugged me on facebook I though I'd clue you guys in
Yesterday I finally got a chance after being down under for nearly 2 years to go out on a drive with the guys from hachiroku.com.au A nice 'change' to what we're used to in Holland is that the route we where taking is one less traveled by normal traffic (now that there is a freeway alternative) and that Adam who offered me a passenger seat knows it like the back of his hand. The old pacific highway is a twisty little road going from Sydney to Newcastle (if I understand correctly) and definitely a fun excuse for a drive and not just for the scenery. Anyway, some pics courtesy of ach on hachiroku.com.au Greetz, Bastiaan "mux213" Olij Moved down under, no more hachi |

Richard Wrote:damn grass it made my rear look low but my front goes 4WDOptical illusion I guess Most of the cars there yesterday where hugging the deck pretty well. It was also great to see Ozzies put technical improvements before visual ones.. That everyone was able to keep up at the pace we set on those roads was Then again, I do think that is where 86 owners stand out, making our cars look good comes in 2nd place... @banpei, yup need to keep the representation up, I don't find to many occasions to wear it
@oldskool, this was the first meet in something like 18 months here too. Well the first hachiroku related one. The problem with meets is that someone just needs to stand up and go. Pick a date, pick a place and tell everyone to show up. Sometimes you get 2 cars, sometimes 10. Also with so many people using the winter to rebuild their cars.. But now that many of them are nearly finished, why not have a 'show your rebuild car' day. Just need to wait for Djexor to put the final hands on his and Robo I think is finished now?
