I measuerd about 12sec Crying 50-100km with GPS today all stock incl. tires
I have low compression on cylinder 4 and my timing isn't spot on as my car refuses to go into diagnostic mode for some reason and is a little on the retarded side now Sad

I also have problems setting the initial timing (cams) but found by doing this 50-100 test I could adjust it to suit.
All I did was advance the distributor until it pings and then back it off a little. Found nearly 2 seconds.
Really helps to see your results BB, I was all ready to swap the stock cams back in !

I'll see tomorrow what I can find out and post it on sunday when I'm back - I have to say though pending on cams it is possible to loose a bit in that area as this is rather low in the rev in 4th - at least with the OEM 4.3 finaldrive

Planning to put 185/60 R14 tyres in next few days so i'll post time in that case.

so with more or less sorted timing I did 11sec all stock incl tires (185/60R14) - but as I said my engine isn't in the healthiest state anymore... so this could be right.

and for your cams performing less good than stock this could be quite true as with my OEM 4.3 final drive 30-60 equals ~2-4k rpm and unless I drive downtown my engine rarly sees revs lower than 3k... and so are wilder cams most are developed for performance beyond 4k

Absolutely right BB, mine seems to start smoothing out and coming on cam at about 4200rpm.
I'm running 195/50/15 tyres at the moment with a 4.3 diff. but I have some 175/50/13's to try. With these on the gearing is similar to using a 4.778 diff.
Maybe we could try acceleration times based on revs as well ? Say 4th gear 5000-6000rpm

8.5 seconds looks to be pretty good too Uzelac, what engine mods do you have, if any ?

My car is far from stock, allthough i believe i don't have much more power.

I have ITBs and Honda PGM-FI ECU which is pretty programable, stock cams and Hi-Comp Wiseco pistons.
But, because of high CR and bad fuel in Serbia (marketed as 95 octane, but it really has 92-93 octane) my ignition timing is significantly advanced.
