Looks better and better every time mate! The spacers made a fantastic job, the ducktail looks awesome and the bucket is N1, but I still think you need MORE DISH and deffo a wash! JapanPower UoP Racing website UoP Racing videos Racing, because football, basketball, tennis & golf only require ONE ball.... |

Did a wash yesterday.
We had to smoothen the color of the newly painted ducktail anyway, so sand down with 2.500 and 3.000 paper and then polish. Well I tried to do some other spots that needed sanding and one brought to another, there was I polishing the complete car... Only had time to do with a 83 Meguiars (supposed there are two more mand with a smoother Meguiars and then wax)... My body hurts, spend my whole afternoon and the car shines like a fucking Xmas Tree... Really dont see the reason for all this trouble. danielvanderwoude Wrote:looks like the nmwisima joke saved you in the endhttp://www.jdmbits.com |

nmwisima Wrote:Really dont see the reason for all this trouble. If you know wash with simple water once a month (the 15 minute kind of thing) it'll keep shining like it does now. Maybe add a touch of wax every 3 months or so. You only need to do the full wax thing once or twice a year. Bonus is that your paint will stay in much better shape and stuff like flies etc will wipe right off. Car will also rust less. Don't do the dish thing unless you are 16 and living in Cali. Sorry for the pic quality, i was in a hurry as it was getting dark and it began to rain. :paperbag:
So, KG Work gauges I bought from Hooligan removed. I knew they were daaged when I got them, but summer heat made them "blow" and looked like shit. I order a custom set from Revlimiter.net which I cut myself to save some cash. Based on the GT scheme he has on his site, I asked him to add my nickname and a "You re going too slow" red area from 0 to 60 km/h... What can I say, I m a funny guy  Aluminum facia added and broken glass replaced, thanks to VINDI who send me a used one :thumb-up: :thumb-up: New 5 o'clock gauges Quite some chaos... On the car Attempt to show how they light up Changed the induction. Removed the very long previous one and I didnt go fo any of my crazy ideas as the brake servo was on the way and I didnt want to cut the ARC (in order to make a RC induction) :trigger: Filter placed directly on the afm with a heatshield I bought from Samulis to protect it (yeah right...) from the heat and an duct to bring fresh air from Lanks kevlar vented lid. There is a shop @ ebay.de selling these for like 213 euros shipped, which is actually less than 200 pounds... :thumb-up: Now, for the title of this thread. Again sorry for the pics. The first painted non illuminated non converted Skuzzle Motorsport TSI set in the WORLD! Previous mod featured fog lights inside the side lights, cause my twin low pros are realy crap. The extensive heat of the fogs began to melt the sidelights so it was a chance to replace them with TSIs. The fogs were moved on the bumper, turn signals are burried somewhere inside the bumper... (Loon's Tow Hook at its best here, looks like The Parthenon when fogs are lighted  ) danielvanderwoude Wrote:looks like the nmwisima joke saved you in the endhttp://www.jdmbits.com |
